Had to get back to the ol' stomping grounds while home. It was empty though besides me and the spiders. The only other runner I saw out there was Chris Sipple (DGN Boys Coach - State Champs last year) - I'd like to think that says something...
Anyways, felt fine. May sneak out a couple more when the sun goes down.
