Notes
The much-hyped LR of this week. Ran with Jackie (she did 5 miles at Marathon pace and dropped off to cooldown). I did the 8 loop and then a mile and some extra. Felt alright, Big Bertha is still a son of a bitch, but this was better than yesterday's run.
