Second workout: 5x4' at T w/ 1 minute recovery. It was probably not the best idea to start the workout at Big Bertha. I do not know what to make of this workout. Parts of it I felt good, other parts I did not. I could not really control my breathing. My nose was leaking the entire time (dairy-related?) and that made breathing difficult because I kept trying to do the ol' farmer's blow, but it was an ineffective technique. I am not going to make too much of this workout. I think until I can get a regular amount of sleep my workouts will not be what I want, but that just means I need to weather a 10k and one more workout and after that things should be better.
