Notes
Solo run after dropping Henry off at the airport. Started off kinda slow and worked my way into it. I was looking at hopping into the Secret trails, but it still has that no trespassing sign :l. Once I got out of Statue Park, I started picking it up. Ran the last mile pretty quick (not sure how fast because I don't have a watch), but it felt good and controlled.
Looking forward to watching the team race later - I'll probably do some light jogging with them.
