Notes

Did my usual loop backwards. I was looking to do 45 today because tomorrow is a pretty long workout and that would put me at about 60 for the week. I was feeling pretty good on this run. I took my Ipod just to change things up a bit and as luck would have it, it ran out of battery 25 minutes in. That's what I get for trying to jazz up my yog.
