Notes

5x3' at Threshold Pace w/ 1 minute Recovery. This also includes the 5' jog in-between the Threshold and 5k. Overall on this portion, I felt pretty good. My breathing was very controlled and I was definitely maintaining a consistent effort. My legs were pretty tight, so I would break out some high knees every once in a while to loosen up... did not work.
