Woof. Pushed the run later and later. Knew I wasn’t getting good time in but didn’t want two days off even though it might have been worth it given my sleep the last two days. Just knew this was going to feel like poop and tried finding the positives in understanding that I felt that way. 3 miles better than zero miles. Did a bit of a mini Fartlek the last five minutes to show myself I was ok
