Ran with Mike, Brendan, Gadz, Snydawg, and Ol' Greg at Swallow. Mike dropped off pretty early, so we slowed the pace to try to let him keep up but he was hurting. I felt pretty good for the most part. My hip was starting to hurt towards the end, so I stopped after 8 with Sny but the rest kept going. It was nice being on the trails after not having the opportunity the last week.
