Good run this morning! Ten minutes with Baloo and then did another 25 solo. Threw in some surges every so often. Feeling like I can sustain quicker paced right now, so the goal now is to be able to extend the mileage. Harder to do when back on the school grind but maybe we can get back to consistent doubles
