Helped run Libby's worjout with her. 10x2 laps on, 1 lap off. Running between 1:25-1:30 and finished with 1:24. Solid effort. I think I'm going to hold off on 1ks this week, finish the cycle over the next two weeks. I'm having a hard time staying focused on my training this week because I'm tired and I've celebrated a bit too much.
