Did 3-2-1 at MP/HMP/10k efforts. Went after school which was a change up. Marathon efforts felt very easy. Had a cramp come up in the third rep. Tried changing my breathing pattern and that just fucked up my esophagus and made me feel like food was coming up. Took half like recoveries. Cramp continued into the two mile efforts. Foot also went numb - think the vaporflies are at their end. I just told myself the marathon won’t care and just ran. Felt pretty good about the two mile effort and the cramp subsided. However now my calf was tight and I just pushed the mile anyway. That was probably a bad idea but hey, gotta work on this stuff. Good effort!
