Finally made it back to the halfway point. Did the first two with Baloo. After hitting three, I did seven miles steady with a mile push at the end. Did this in the vaporflies because I thought it might protect my foot a little better. This was true for the most part, but on the cooldown any time I needed to turn I was having trouble.
Had no real trouble with the pace which is good. Just gotta get more time on the feet as we go along.
