10x200 with Jordan at the Armory. Felt pretty tired on the warm-up. Threshold mile with Jordan felt good. The 200s felt very easy. It's only a 200 workout but having someone to run with just makes it so much better. We switched off the lead every rep and the best part was not having to control the workout like everything I've had to do in track the last couple years.

Chose to not switch to spikes today - I like being comfortable doing my workouts in my trainers like in high school (never really was a fan of switching to spikes like we've been doing the last couple years - at least, until we're doing actual fast stuff). Also stuck with a minute recovery today - just focused on trying to do the recovery lap faster, which was not necessarily the case, but I don't want to cut down the active recovery because I still need the volume.
