Good solo workout. Again, missed having someone to do this with, but it went by quick. The track was empty so I didn't have to worry about going around people, which was nice. Breathing was controlled until the last two, but still hit same recovery effort. I made an effort not to look at my watch and run by feel. This had me running too quickly, which I didn't want to do because if I make those mistakes in the race, I might implode. Need to try to control the effort a bit more.
Did not get as much mileage as I wanted to today because I was in a rush to get to work.
