Notes
Did a tune-up workout for the race thursday. I was supposed to do 60 second 300s (5:20 pace). The first one I was just way out of wack (got a little excited). The next couple I did in lane 8 and just did not know where to start or stop a 300, so I was fast. Since the workout didn't really go according to plan, I just pushed on the last one. I came through 200 at 28-29 and it felt surprisingly easy, but I didn't have the speed stamina to push much further at that pace.
Not really sure what to come away from this with, but it was nice running on the track again.
