Really disappointing day. I did not hurt my knee doing anything specifically. I was warming up for my second set of squat (3 reps at 200) and doing some over-extension of form and felt a pop on the outside of my left knee. It really hurt, so I didn't do the set. I then determined that I only could feel it if I broke the parallel and got into a catcher's stance, so I resumed my normal routine at a lower weight instead of pushing for max. I did a little jogging around and could still feel it in my knee so I held off on my morning run. Going to see if I can do anything at practice today.
Did the balance routine (2 sets) and core routine.
