Grinder today. Legs were tight from the coaching intervals yesterday. I’ll take the blame for choosing a crappy route today. Thought we’d escape the wind and we ran in it for 80% of the workout today. Long warmup, 3mile on, mile out (HMP/MP). Wanted four but needed the bathroom mid-3rd interval, justice said see ya (gave him permission) and couldn’t muster the motivation to do the 4th one. Calf was really rocky and I can feel the pull on my plantar fascia again. Gonna spend some time rolling it today while watching football.
