Notes

Good lift with Evan. Worked hard on the single leg squats, but felt good. Pull Ups I'm getting there. After we did the balance routine (3 sets of single leg med ball toss (18 lbs), ground touches (10 lbs) and single leg balance on stabilizer ball) and core (3 sets of med ball pikes and plank series and back)
