Notes

I have no idea what my pace was for today, but this seems appropriate. I was going a little quicker than I was intending to. My back was a bit tight, but nothing bad. I had trouble breathing though, that was strange. I was not tired at all, but it was like my lungs could not keep up. I did two strides at the end and then lunge matrix and core.
