Notes

Was not intending on actually running today, but I wanted to lift and do plyos, so I did a warmup and cooldown. Did a lot of upper body, well at least more than my normal workout. Did plyos (frog jump and single leg bound on the huge hill, lunge jumps and calf bounds on flat ground) then finished up with core. Cooldown was up the huge hill, which I was really feeling. I went ziplining today, and that put more strain than I thought it would on my back. I plan on going on a pretty relaxing run tomorrow.
