Ran with Payton, Yab, Jacob and Park. Payton turned back early, Park then rolled his ankle bad and turned around at a half hour. The rest of us made it out to about the five mile mark and turned around. Hot one today. Body sore from lifting, but otherwise the last 15 minutes felt pretty decent.
