Notes

8 AM lift with Evan. Felt pretty good overall today. On the deadlift, I thought I was doing it right because I felt engaged in my quads, hammies and glutes. I feel soreness in my back now, which I heard is not supposed to be the case if you have proper form, but that may also be combo factor from lunges and Monday's leg strength. I'm not going to worry too much about soreness this week or next week because I know I'm going from zero lifting to a lot of lifting. Pain on the other hand I will be careful with, like what is going on in my foot - that is something I need to keep an eye on. After lifting, I tried to bike but my foot was bothering me - I might just aqua jog tomorrow. We did core afterwards (lemon squeezers, side sit-ups, full body situp, plank series, leg lifts, cherry pickers and back series). After Evan left I did some mobility and got my stretch on with all the girls upstairs.
