Short loop at Swallow Cliff. Actually had a pretty decent run today, which was a good step. It was so humid out and that means sweat city. I'd like to take pictures of the progression of my sweat line on my shorts. It's nasty.

Core and mobility after. Some extra stretches (yoga poses) that my mom showed me for my knees and back as well as some extra upper body exercises.
