Solo venture today on the track. Did a cutdown ladder (1.5-1-0.5-0.25). Original plans were to do this twice but on second thought, it doesn't make sense for me to be doing 6 mile workouts. This worked well though in spite of the continual rain. The 1.5 was maybe a little too quick (the effort felt alright, but my legs were still feeling it). Thought 1:30 rest would be plenty but I was still sucking wind by the end of the mile and on the 800. 400 was just put up or shut up.
