Notes
Easy run through Champaign. It was much more mild this morning, v humid, but the sun was behind the clouds so that was nice. Was pretty impressed by the amount of people out and about in Champaign. St. Matt's kids were running around, they've got like 20 kids out there, and they are middle schoolers! Naturally, I got back to Urbana and nobody was outside, so here we are.
Anyways, pretty sore waking up this morning, which is good. Kept it relaxed throughout the run. Trying to get that big run tomorrow.
