Notes

Good Weights session today. Activation circuit beforehand - Thought about running to the school and back, but just drove. Knee felt better than last time on the dead lift. Hamstrings are feeling the squats big time, first time long time. Pistol Squat sets were weak initially but made better by the bands.

1st time doing ropes. 30 seconds was pretty easy, but man that third set was a killer.

Foam roller for about 15 minutes after.
