First workout post-run. It made a difference, I was pretty fatigued and some of the leg work was hard to make it through sets.
Arm Circles + Step-Ups
Goblet Squats (got up to 35 lbs)
Front + Side Raises
Shoulder Press
Dips + Pull-Ups (+ Hangs w/ Knee-Tuck-Ins)
