Felt pretty terrible today. I made up my mind before the run that I wanted to get an hour in. After a half hour, I felt pretty terrible. Legs just didn't really have any pop today, arms and upper body were sore. Then I got swarmed by crickets for two miles. Just one of those days where you wanna be done.
