Notes

First 2.5 solo before campers were moving, next ten minutes with Payton, next 20 with Azure and Macy, next 30 were with Payton and Jeremie - we found a new stretch of grassy and hilly trail and pushed around sub-7 for a few miles. Finished up with 20 minutes solo.

OG plan was for 120 minutes with the last 30 being a progression, but I made a slight alteration considering our daily schedule.

Foot felt great - this felt like the easiest 100 minute run I've ever had. Great food from 'Jeff's Veggies' for breakfast.

Full yoga routine around 2 PM between the runs. Felt like a great clearance workout - feeling refreshed.
