Notes
Super humid out this morning. I was drenched before I even got to practice. Ended up running with Payton, Justice, Libby, Job, and Tyler w/ Olivia on bike support. Supposed to be a fast finish workout for the squad. Justice ensured that didn't happen for everyone -__-. They all took it out too hard, and once we got two miles in, people started falling off. Once we turned around (went out to Duncan) I slowed down to run with Tyler because I was in bathroom distress. Payton and Kowalski came back to us, I had them re-group for a mile or so and then we did the fast finish the last half mile. Payton was falling off of me but came back up on me at the end so that was good to see. I felt ok, still out of sorts from Saturday. I need some serious sleep.
Today: 17 minute w/u (from Jess' to the school + lap around school)
45 minute run
10 minute c/d (lap around the school and run home).
