Notes

Good lift today. Went to the Oaks this morning. It was empty outside of some weird father/daughter??? pairing. I had some coffee before heading over and felt great. I added single leg squat per BLo's suggestion. After weights, I did more single leg strength including sets of stabilizer ball holds as well as just single leg ground touch with a medicine ball. After, I did core and that was fun.
