Early run through Missouri. Mike told me about a trail, so I headed out in that direction. The trail was crushed limestone and surrounded by neature. I really enjoyed it even though I just did an out and back. There were little off trails all over the place, but I just stuck to the main path. Found a place where I will do the hills tomorrow. I was pretty tired at the end of this run, but the first hour was good.
