Nice out this morning again. Took advantage of it. Didn't feel as fresh as yesterday, but the workout was fine. 2 minutes was more than enough recovery, so with my time constraint I initially had it at 1:45 and then after halfway I cut it to 1:30 recovery. Felt good, easy and in control. Last one I pushed a bit more the last quarter mile.
