I had set out to do a 2 mile followed by some 400s today but time ran short and I felt good after the 2 mile. Ran it pretty hard, first mile was a little quick (5:08) and the third 1200 was the slowest, but I closed out alright. I figured running under 10:30 would be a good target so glad I got that without driving it too much.
