Some quicker running post-dog. There is no real pattern with running right now. The main focus, I suppose, is to just start building that long run. Ideally, I am looking at between 45-60 minutes of running most days. I seem to be getting that, just the mode of getting those miles is atypical right now. Probably how things will be until track is over.
