Notes

Ran a half hour in the morning and then to Lifetime and back. I had a really hard time getting out of bed this morning to run, but I did. Ran the other side of the trail. There are so many trails intertwining and its beautiful. I could really get used to this. Went and lifted after work. Lifetime is the bomb. I pretty much did a circuit, very quickly, little recovery, low weight.

3 sets of squats, calf raises, some upper body, decline bench press and shoulder blowout (2 sets). Then I did core, which hurt my abdominals a lot.
