3xmile at Threshold with the distance guys. This may have been one of the windiest days I've ever experienced in Champaign. Our first mile you could not even hear anything over the wind and we were really trying to cut through the wind. The second mile was easy and so was the third. My legs are very sore. My achilles L is bothering me and I still feel some minor plantar fascitis in that foot as well. At this point though I am just going to deal with it as there are only 9 days left in the season.
