Decent run today. I did not feel at my best and I think that's a product of being more diligent with workouts this week. Ran with Olivia, Sam, Justice and Jeremie. We ran pretty relaxed for the first 25 minutes and then were running pretty intently for the conditions. We got about 6-7 inches of snow down here, but the streets are relatively ok. Happy with what I saw today from everyone. Not my best long run, but 90 minutes is fine this week.
