Justice join me for this. I did 4 miles easy and then I did 4 miles at marathon effort and then I did 4 miles easy again. I could tell on the first segment that I wasn’t feeling great. Probably because I did not sleep very well and I have not eaten good food among other things the last couple days. The marathon portion is feeling harder than it should for the first 2 miles and then I hit the difficult portion of the route where it was uphill and windy in my face for about 2 1/2 miles straight and I was just trying to get through it mile by mile. I accomplish that goal for today and I’m on to the next one
