Notes

Pretty sorry workout by me today. Meant to do a 6 mile tempo with Steve and Kelch, but I only made it 3. 7:12, 6:58, 6:42. I had a lot of back tightness, which was really hindering my stride today and I was having to make up for it by putting forth more effort, so I decided to pull out instead of continuing. I think this is just my fault for not running yesterday after letting my muscles tighten up big time after lifting and plyos on Wednesday. I should have stretched or cross-trained or something yesterday, so I think stretching and getting rolled out by Henry will be helpful. The guys ran the rest of the workout well, so that was good to see.
