Ran primarily with Justice and Libby today. Supposed to do 6x800 w/ 3' Recovery. Recovery ended up being longer than that to account for us all starting together. Felt really good, felt really easy. The last one I tried to run that last 400 pretty quick and did not really feel like I was straining at all. The plan for now is to run long intervals with the team as long as the season ends up lasting, but on short repeat days, I am going to supplement it with something in the morning (like Thursday will be AM hills and PM 200s). Tomorrow I am going to double up and try to frontload miles a little bit and take it easy Wednesday.
