Tempo with Libby. The idea was two loops of the pennsylvania neighborhood at about steady state and if feeling good, progress. Appears as though we went out around 6:35-6:40 pace which was planned. I was hurting from this morning and last night but settled in. We cut down throughout and managed to average 6:20 pace. Strong showing from her. She seemed ok a few minutes after. I felt good overall. I wanted to get in something short, but quick so it worked for me.
