Notes

The workout was 8x150 at 800 pace w/ 300 recovery and then 4x100 with a minute recovery. I skipped out on the last 100. This is my first actual workout in quite some time. It was weird running fast again. I am not anywhere close to in shape, but this is a nice start to prepare for going back to Champaign. Looking forward to the next month of training.
