Notes

Great lift today at the arc with Greg. I was really feeling Wednesday's lift, but knew there was still some stuff to make up. Feeling a lot more consistent on dead lift.

After this, did a lot of balance work. Greg and I did a series of balance work that rotated between single leg med ball toss (18 lbs), single leg ground touch (and also lift ball into air) and single leg balance on the stabilizer ball. The toss work is feeling easier with all the extra stuff.

Also did core (plank series) and back stuff.

Good lift - but no time to run =(
