Hopping into T-shirt relays. This was me just hopping in and running things. I didn't run too hard, I'd say about 85% except for the 400 which I worked pretty good for. Legs were tired but there was a lot of time in-between everything. I'm thinking of doing my workout Thursday this week because I still feel pretty beat up. I may even end up scaling it back a bit so I can get a fresh effort for Sunday.
