Got out there with Henry and Jordan. Knew it would be tough when I was struggling a bit more than normal on the 3K. The mile was just a big struggle. Actually went through the 800 in 2:40 and just trudged after that. Hard not to be disappointed at that point but I stuck with it and finished my 800s.

Just felt like I wasn't all the way there and warmed up quite yet. I felt pretty stiff and couldn't get going. This felt harder than it should but based on everything up until this point I'm not too worried about it.

This looks pretty good to me. ok if you want to do the faster stuff first if you feel like it. maybe it gets the legs moving. Did you get the rest in between?? the recovery can be real easy, take a little more even, sometimes Also, if you miss a workout like on Sunday, don't feel you need to make it up, to avoid too many medium days. Try doing some of your easy days extra easy, say 45 mins max at 7:30-8:00pace or God forbid even slower.
