Notes

Another disappointing workout. I felt good for the first 10 minutes, I guess a specialty of mine. But then, my stomach went from bad to worse and I was out. Maybe it was last nights dinner and snacks, maybe it was pancakes this morning. This feels like my low point. Which means I can focus on improving now.
