Notes
Today was a very difficult run. I ran with Jackie after we got back home from Champaign. I was pretty excited on the drive back because it looked like we would be running in the rain. However, we missed it and got the post-rain humidity. It was pretty awful. Like breathing in pea soup. It wasn't hot, but my energy was pretty depleted. We started out faster around 7:40ish pace, but by the end, I was crawling. I almost fell back for a little bit, but I regained my composure the last mile. I need to get more sleep though, for sure.
