Notes

The back spasm has subsided! Even after today's deadlift.

Stuck with DL and Bench today - probably go back to squat and DL on same day next week. Had Daniel, Jackson and Farokhi there and it was good company, actually helped out on some lifts.

Bench/squat format was 10-8-8-8-8-8. Skipped one set accidentally on bench but it was ok. This was more challenging since I've found out the new maxes, so all of these are heavier than before. Weights were as follows:

DL: 145-160-180-200-215-225

BP: 75-85-105-115-120? (Maybe 125)

Also did single leg extension on the machine - 3 x 10 - got up to the next sequence of weights here. Did some shrugs and reverse bicep curl. Both the shrug and curls were tougher than expected. Good suggestions!
