Notes

First try for a solo run. Max I was going to do was 25 minutes today, but I could tell I was still hurting so I cut it shorter. Just did a loop to prospect and green. Calves are the tightest, thighs still burn a little not as bad though, there is one ache in my hip and my shoulder blade was a little dull. Other than that, I feel fine. Happy to get back going though.
